I was thinking up a name for a website where I would communicate the wonders that EFT can offer and I started from the question, well, what has EFT done for me? I guess it 'does what it says on the tin', Emotional Freedom Techniques; it gave me emotional freedom, control, emotional intelligence and awareness. After a few sessions of EFT, for the first time in 40 whatever years I felt truly free to just be, I felt empowered as in individual, free to be me, the real me and proud of it. I came to EFT at a time of life crisis and received that wonderful gift of self esteem and inner strength. But people who knew or worked with me before would have said I appeared to be a strong person already - I was pretty good at keeping up appearances. EFT changed something deep inside and has changed my life; with amazing synchronicity it was there for me when I most needed it and made things better than I could ever have imagined. Ever since then, I have been passionate about bringing EFT to others. EFT is a fantastic tool for coping with life's challenges, and combining it with NLP makes it better still. EFT is simple to learn, but you never stop learning and refining the art. EFT is for adults, children, families, schools .... everyone!
